A straight roller swap on a double door, all ten rollers, is one of the faster jobs we run - most of the time is spent on the two or three rollers closest to the bottom brackets, since those carry the most weight and need the door supported while they're out. If the track has roller-groove wear, we're also truing or replacing a section of track, which adds time. We won't claim a specific arrival window for Hebron since the truck is coming from Florence, not sitting local, but the roller work itself, once we're on site, is a same-visit job, not a multi-day one. One honest limit: if the bottom brackets are rusted or bent from the roller riding wrong for years, that's a separate repair, and we'll flag it rather than swap rollers onto hardware that's already out of alignment.
